Here are some recently delivered orders and gifts. D&L are the initials of a couple and the cushion cover was a special order as a gift for them getting married.

JOY!

Well well well, how clever am I? I made this cushion for a dear friend with her children's names on it and highlighted j, o and y with gold to form the word "Joy".Was so excited when I came to think of this idea. What I didn't know was that my friend's and her children's Nana's middle name is Joy too. Ohh there were tears and laughter I tell you! Happy Days! Of course I've been thinking about what clever word my children's name could form and the best I've come up with so far is "DNA".... yes, it's on my To-do-list.

Correct! I'm totally into making these roses at the moment. I also sew a lot of different things on my sewing machine. The great thing about the roses is that they are fun and quite easy to make but still always slightly different from one another. So when I'm completely bored making another bag or cushion or what ever, I take a break and make a roooooose. La di da di daaaaaaa! Happy!

A rose.....

... is a rose... is a rose and was a shirt. I cut up my husbands old shirt and made a rose of it. It was actually nice and not an evil act as some might think. It was a very old torn shirt that he wanted to throw away. Good he's married to a creative queen of re cycling!

It's national bobbin day!!!! No............. but I think it would be nice if it was.
